Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
- Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
- Click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Podio' and select it from the suggested results as your Trigger app.
- Choose your preferred 'Trigger Event' from the dropdown.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your Podio account.
- Click 'Grant Access' to agree to the terms and give the necessary permissions.
- Fill in the information needed to set up the Trigger.
- Tap 'Continue' to run your inputs and test the Trigger.
- Click 'Continue' again to proceed to the Action setup.
- Select 'SurveyMonkey' as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose the specific 'Action Event' you want to use.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your SurveyMonkey account.
- Specify the data center assigned to your SurveyMonkey account, then click 'Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey'.
- Click 'Authorize' to grant Zapier access to SurveyMonkey.
- Fill out all input fields with the required information one by one.
- Tap 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.
- Your Podio account is now fully integrated with SurveyMonkey via Zapier.
