Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to open the event selection panel.
- Set up Pipedrive as your trigger app.
- Select New Activity as the trigger event to fire the Zap.
- Connect your Pipedrive account to authorize the integration.
- Click Test Trigger to verify Pipedrive is sending data correctly.
- Search for and select Zoom as the action app.
- Choose Create Meeting as the action Zoom will perform.
- Connect your Zoom account to authorize the action step.
- Configure the meeting details and click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test Step to perform a live test of the Zoom meeting creation.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
