Quick summary
Integrating Pendo with Zendesk lets support teams surface in-app user behavior data directly inside their helpdesk. The setup takes just a few steps inside the Zendesk Admin Center and requires no coding knowledge.
Steps
- In the Admin Center tab, navigate to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Zendesk Support Apps from the list of options under the Apps section.
- Click Marketplace at the top-right corner.
- Search for Pendo in the Marketplace and select the Pendo app you wish to integrate.
- Click Install on the Pendo app listing page.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Install to proceed.
- Configure the installation settings and provide the required information to connect Pendo and Zendesk.
- Tap Install to confirm and complete the configuration.
- Your Pendo account is now integrated with Zendesk and ready to use.
