How to Integrate PagerDuty with Zendesk
Here’s the simplest way to integrate PagerDuty with Zendesk in quick and easy steps:
- On the Admin Center tab, navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.
- Select 'Zendesk Support Apps' from the list of options under the Apps section.
- After that, tap 'Marketplace'.
- Search for 'PagerDuty' and select it from the provided results.
- Subsequently, tap 'Install' to proceed.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install'.
- Configure the installation settings accordingly and provide the required information. Once done, tap 'Install'.
- Go to Zendesk's main dashboard afterwards, then click the PagerDuty icon on the top menu bar.
- Following that, tap 'Log In to PagerDuty'.
