This tutorial walks you through integrating PagerDuty with Zendesk using the Zendesk Marketplace, so your support and incident management workflows stay connected. By the end, your PagerDuty account will be linked directly inside Zendesk, enabling faster incident escalation from support tickets.
Steps
- In the Admin Center, navigate to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Zendesk Support Apps from the list of options under the Apps section.
- Tap Marketplace to open the Zendesk app marketplace.
- Search for PagerDuty and select it from the provided results.
- Tap Install to proceed with adding the PagerDuty app.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click Install.
- Configure the installation settings, provide the required information, and tap Install.
- Go to the Zendesk main dashboard and click the PagerDuty icon on the top menu bar.
- Tap Log In to PagerDuty to begin the authentication process.
- Enter your PagerDuty credentials and click Sign In to activate the integration.
