The Notion–Zendesk integration lets you connect customer support tickets directly inside your Notion workspace by authenticating through Notion's My Connections settings. Once linked, your team can reference and manage Zendesk data without leaving Notion.
Steps
- Click 'Settings & members' located at the left side of your Notion workspace.
- Select 'My connections' from the settings menu.
- Click 'See all' to view all available new connections.
- Search for 'Zendesk' and click 'Connect' to begin the setup.
- Enter your Zendesk URL in the provided field.
- Click 'Authenticate' to proceed with integrating Notion with Zendesk.
- Select 'Allow' to grant Notion permission to integrate with Zendesk.
- Your Notion–Zendesk integration is now active, enabling seamless management and reference of customer support tickets within your Notion workspace.
