The Monday.com Microsoft Teams integration lets you send automated board notifications directly to a Teams channel using built-in automation templates. Setting up the integration takes just a few clicks from any Monday board's Integrate menu.
Steps
- Navigate to your desired Monday.com board and click on it.
- Click the Integrate button located in the upper right of your screen.
- Search for Teams and select Microsoft Teams from the integration options.
- Select an automation template you want to use from Microsoft Teams.
- Click Connect to authorize the Microsoft Teams integration.
- Customize the notification message you want to appear in MS Teams and click Add to Board.
- Preview how the message will appear in MS Teams to confirm it is sending from Monday.com.
