This tutorial shows how to integrate Monday.com with HubSpot using Zapier to automate project tracking without manual data entry. Once configured, a Zap automatically creates or updates Monday.com items whenever a trigger event fires in HubSpot, keeping both platforms in sync.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to select the trigger event for your Zap.
- Select HubSpot as the trigger app.
- Choose a specific trigger event from the available HubSpot options.
- Connect your HubSpot account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure trigger filters and click Continue to proceed.
- Click the Test trigger button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from HubSpot.
- Wait for the record to load, then click Continue with selected record.
- In the Action step, choose Monday.com as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Monday.com.
- Connect your Monday.com account using the access token from your Monday.com account settings.
- Configure the action fields and click Continue.
- Click Test step to verify that data flows correctly between HubSpot and Monday.com.
- Click Publish to turn on the Zap and start the automation.
