Steps
- Go to your Make.com dashboard and click Create a new scenario.
- In the scenario editor, click the add icon, search for DocuSign, and click on it.
- Choose a trigger for your DocuSign scenario.
- Click Create a webhook to set up the DocuSign trigger.
- Click Create a connection to link your DocuSign account.
- Click Allow access to grant Make.com permission to your DocuSign account.
- Click Save once DocuSign is successfully connected to Make.
- In the scenario editor, click the add icon, search for Microsoft Teams, and click on it.
- Choose an action from the Microsoft Teams module.
- Set up the workflow to define how DocuSign triggers result in actions in Microsoft Teams, then click OK.
- Click Run Once to test the integration and confirm that the workflow sends the correct Teams message based on DocuSign events.
