Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel in Zapier, then click Create.
  2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
  3. Tap Trigger to start the integration process.
  4. Search for Excel and select it from the suggested results.
  5. Pick your preferred Trigger Event from the available options.
  6. Tap Sign In and log into the Microsoft account you wish to use.
  7. Click Continue to proceed after signing in.
  8. Fill out all input fields with the required trigger information.
  9. Tap Continue to run your input and set up the Trigger.
  10. Tap Continue one more time to move to the Action setup.
  11. Search for Shopify and choose it as the Action app.
  12. Click the drop-down menu and select your preferred Action Event.
  13. Tap Sign In to connect your Shopify account.
  14. Enter your Shopify username, tap Yes, Continue to Shopify, then log into your Shopify account.
  15. Click Install to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  16. Provide all information needed to set up the Action fields one by one.
  17. Tap Continue to finish and publish the Excel–Shopify integration.
