The Linear and Zendesk integration lets support teams link tickets directly to Linear issues without leaving Zendesk. Installing the Linear app from the Zendesk Marketplace takes just a few minutes and requires no technical setup.
Steps
- In Zendesk Admin Center, navigate to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Zendesk Support Apps under the Apps section.
- Click Marketplace at the top-right corner.
- Search for Linear and select it from the search results.
- Click Install to proceed to the installation page.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Install.
- Configure the installation settings and click Install to complete setup.
- From the Zendesk main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Views.
- Select and open any ticket from the list.
- Click the Apps icon in the top-right corner of the ticket.
- Find and click Linear from the list of installed apps.
- Click Log In with Linear to begin authentication.
- Sign in to your Linear account and select the specific workspace you want to integrate.
- Once complete, your Linear account is instantly integrated with Zendesk.
