Steps

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click Create.
  2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
  3. Click Trigger to start the integration process.
  4. Search for Klaviyo and select it from the suggested results.
  5. Choose your preferred Trigger Event.
  6. Tap Sign In and log into your Klaviyo account.
  7. Click Allow to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  8. Provide the information needed to configure the Trigger.
  9. Click Continue to run your inputs and test the Trigger.
  10. Click Continue again to proceed.
  11. Find SurveyMonkey and choose it as the Action app.
  12. Click the drop-down menu and specify the Action Event you prefer to use.
  13. Tap Sign In and log into your SurveyMonkey account.
  14. Specify the data center assigned to SurveyMonkey and click Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey.
  15. Click Authorize to proceed.
  16. Fill out the input fields one by one with the required information.
  17. Tap Continue to publish and activate the integration.
  18. Your Klaviyo account is now integrated with SurveyMonkey.
