Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Create'.
- Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
- Tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Intercom' and choose it from the suggested results.
- Choose your preferred 'Trigger Event' for the Intercom integration.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your Intercom account.
- Specify the Intercom workspace you wish to use, then click 'Authorize Access'.
- Tap 'Test Trigger' to validate your Intercom inputs.
- Click 'Continue' to proceed to the Action setup.
- Find 'SurveyMonkey' and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and specify the 'Action Event' you want to use.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your SurveyMonkey account.
- Choose the data center assigned to your SurveyMonkey account, then click 'Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey'.
- Click 'Authorize' to grant Zapier access to SurveyMonkey.
- Fill out all input fields with the required information one by one.
