Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top right of HubSpot.
- Search for "Zendesk" in the search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain in the provided field.
- Copy your subdomain from your Zendesk account settings.
- Paste the subdomain and click the Authorize button to proceed.
- Click Allow to grant HubSpot access to your Zendesk account.
- Click Authorize again to confirm the connection.
- Select your HubSpot Account from the list.
- Click Connect App to finalize the integration.
- Confirm the success message indicating the integration is complete.
