The PandaDoc HubSpot integration lets sales teams install and connect PandaDoc directly from the HubSpot App Marketplace, enabling document creation and eSignatures from within any HubSpot Deal, Contact, or Company record. Once connected, a PandaDoc module appears inside HubSpot CRM so reps can send and track documents without leaving their workflow.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for "PandaDoc" in the marketplace search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- You will be redirected to the PandaDoc Login page — sign in to your PandaDoc account.
- Select your HubSpot account and click the Connect button to link the two platforms.
- Accept the terms and click the Connect app button to authorize the integration.
- A success message will confirm that the integration has been completed.
- Return to HubSpot and open any record, such as a Deal, Contact, or Company.
- Scroll down the right panel to find the new PandaDoc module now embedded in your HubSpot record.
