How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Twilio

Here’s how to do it:

1. Access your Dynamics 365 and navigate to the 'App Settings'.
2. Then, select 'Partner Apps' when you scroll down from 'App Settings'.
3. Go to the empty search bar and type 'Twilio'.
4. Now, select 'Twilio SMS & WhatsApp for Dynamics 365' from the results.
5. You must have a premium account to be able to integrate Twilio with Dynamics 365. You have to click 'Contact Me' then have someone discuss the requirement with you.
