How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Telephony

This is considered the simplest, fully native telephony option according to Dynamics telephony guides. Here’s how:

1. Open your Dynamics 365 and access the 'App Settings'.
2. Go to 'App Extensions' and click 'Partner Apps'.
3. Go to the search bar and type 'Telephony'.
4. Browse from the results and click 'Dynamics for Telephony'.
5. Click 'Free Trial' to begin the process.
6. Select the target environment.
7. Agree to the environment's terms by checking each box.
8. Once done, click 'Install' to integrate Dynamics 365 with Telephony.
