Integrating Dynamics 365 with SharePoint allows for centralized document management. Here’s how to do it:

1. Head to Dynamics 365 and click the gear icon to open settings.
2. Navigate to "More Settings" and select "Advanced Settings" to access deeper configuration options.
3. Click the dropdown arrow next to "Settings" to reveal additional menu options.
4. Choose "Document Management Settings" from the list.
5. Enable "Server-based SharePoint integration" to connect your systems securely and efficiently.
6. Click "Next" to move forward in the setup wizard.
7. Select "Online" as your SharePoint site location, then hit "Next" to continue the configuration.
8. Enter your SharePoint Online site URL and click "Next" to validate the connection.
9. Click "Enable" to finalize your integration and start collaborating.
