Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate your Microsoft Dynamics 365 data with your QuickBooks accounting system.

‍

‍

You can do this by using InoLink, a dedicated cloud-based connector for Dynamics 365 CRM and QuickBooks Online/Desktop. Here’s how to do it:

‍

  1. Head to your dashboard to begin the integration setup and click 'Sales'.
  2. Navigate to 'App Settings'.
  3. Click on 'Partner Apps'.
  4. Go to the search bar and type 'QuickBooks'.
  5. Browse from the results and select 'QuickBooks Integration for Dynamics 365 CRM'.
  6. Click 'Free Trial' to start integrating Dynamics 365 and QuickBooks.
  7. Click 'Free trial' to confirm the action.
  8. Select an environment to integrate with QuickBooks data within Dynamics.
  9. Follow the prompt and check each box to complete the process.
  10. Click 'Install' to activate the connection with Dynamics 365 and QuickBooks.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Dynamics 365 with QuickBooks eliminates the tedious double-entry of customer data, sales records, and financial transactions between your CRM and accounting systems. You'll automatically sync leads, opportunities, and customer information with your financial records, reducing errors and saving hours of manual work.

The real advantage goes beyond basic data syncing—this integration creates a unified view of your customer journey from initial contact through final payment, enabling your sales and finance teams to make decisions based on complete, real-time information rather than fragmented data.
