1. Select 'App Settings' to access the menu.
2. Click 'Partner Apps'. to open available integrations.
3. Go to the search bar and type 'Live Chat'.
4. Then, select 'Live Website Chat Integration in Dynamics 365'.
5. You can click 'Free Trial' so you can avail the integration for free.
6. Hit 'Free trial' to confirm and continue.
7. Select your target environment.
8. Agree to the terms and conditions of the environment by checking each box.
