  2. Navigate to 'App Settings' to access integration options.
  3. Select 'App Extensions' to browse available integrations.
  4. Type 'Finance and Operations' in the search bar to locate the integration module.
  5. Choose the 'Gravity' connector from the results list to set up Dynamics 365 with Finance and Operations.

  7. Confirm by clicking 'Get it now' again, then authorize the connection to link your Finance and Operations environment.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Dynamics 365 with Finance and Operations creates a unified data flow between your sales activities and financial reporting, eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing reconciliation errors. Beyond basic connectivity, this integration transforms how your finance team forecasts cash flow and budget allocation.

Sales pipeline data automatically feeds into financial projections, while budget constraints can trigger alerts directly within the sales workflow. Your CFO gains real-time visibility into revenue trends, and sales managers can instantly see how deals impact financial targets without switching between systems.
