- Start by clicking the gear icon in Dynamics 365 to open your settings.
- Now, head over to 'Advanced Settings' to access the deeper configuration options.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to 'Settings' to reveal more options.
- Select 'Document Management Settings' to start connecting your documents.
- Choose 'Enable server-based SharePoint integration'.
- Click 'Next' to move forward in the setup wizard.
- Pick whether your SharePoint sites are 'Online or On-Premises', then hit 'Next' to continue.
- Enter your SharePoint Online site URL here and click 'Next' to proceed.
- Once validation checks out, click 'Enable' to complete the integration with Document Management.
