How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Cisco

Here’s how to do it:

1. Jump into Dynamics 365 and hit the 'Sales' menu to get started.
2. Head over to 'App Settings'.
3. Go to 'App Extensions' and click 'Partner Apps'.
4. Use the search bar and type 'Cisco' to find what you need.
5. Select 'Cisco CTI Connector for Microsoft Dynamics'.
6. Click 'Contact Me' to go on for a free 15 days trial and set up the integration.
7. Fill in the information in the dialog box.
8. Click 'Continue' to confirm.
