Integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Microsoft chat enables real-time collaboration directly within customer records. Here’s how to do it:
- Open your Power Platform admin center and go to the 'Manage' menu.
- Go to the 'Environments' section and choose an environment.
- Navigate to 'Settings'.
- Select 'Integration'.
- Hit 'Teams integration settings' option.
- Turn on 'Turn on Microsoft Teams chats inside Dynamics 365'.
- Configure the Chat experience by clicking the 'App Settings'.
- Within 'App Settings', navigate to the 'Microsoft Teams collaboration' sub-area.
- Then, select 'Chat and collaborate'.
- Choose which table records can be connected to chats.
