Here’s how to do it:
- Start by clicking the gear icon in your Dynamics 365 interface to open settings.
- Now, select "Advanced Settings" to access deeper configuration options.
- Head over to the "Administration" menu.
- Click on "System Settings" and choose the "General" tab.
- Scroll down until you find the "Enable Bing Maps".
- Toggle "Bing Maps" to ON to activate the integration with your CRM data.
- Hit "Save" to lock in your changes. Once enabled, Dynamics 365 will automatically use the address fields to display a map within the form.
