How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Avaya

Here’s how to do it:

1. In your Dynamics 365 interface, click 'App Settings'.
2. Scroll down to 'App Extensions' and click 'Partner Apps'.
3. Navigate to the search bar and type 'Avaya'.
4. From the results, select 'CTI Microsoft Dynamics and Avaya'.
5. Click 'Buy now' if you have a premium account in Dynamics 365 or you can try the free plan.
6. Click 'Starts at Free' to set up Dynamics 365 with Avaya.
