How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Amazon Connect

Here’s how to do it:

1. Access your Dynamics 365 interface and click 'App Settings'.
2. Select 'Partner Apps' to see available integrations.
3. Navigate to the empty search bar and type 'Amazon Connect'.
4. From the results, select 'InteractionSync for Amazon Connect from TTec Digital'.
5. To be able to begin the integration process, you to buy the product by clicking 'Buy now'.
6. Click 'Buy now' to confirm. By doing this, it allows the use of Dynamics 365 in Amazon Connect.
