How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Amazon

You can integrate Amazon with Dynamics 365 through Amazon Connect. Here’s how to do it:

1. Head to your Dynamics 365 dashboard and click on "App Settings" to get started.
2. Now, click "Partner Apps" to explore the integration marketplace.
3. In the search bar, type "Amazon" to find the integration you need.
4. Select "InteractionSync for Amazon Connect from TTec Digital" from the list.
5. Click "Buy now" to start the purchase, this unlocks the integration setup.
6. Confirm by clicking "Buy now" again. You're all set to connect Dynamics 365 with Amazon.
