Quick summary
This guide shows how to integrate Docusign with ActiveCampaign using Zapier by creating a Zap that triggers on Docusign events and performs actions in ActiveCampaign. Once connected, document signing activity in Docusign can automatically update contacts or trigger workflows in your ActiveCampaign account.
Steps
- In the left-side panel, click Create to start building a new Zap.
- Select Zaps from the list of navigation options.
- Click Trigger to begin setting up the integration trigger.
- Search for Docusign and select it from the suggested app results.
- Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the available options.
- Click Sign In to connect your Docusign account.
- Select your Docusign account type, then click Yes, Continue to Docusign.
- Enter your Docusign login credentials and click Log In.
- Click Allow Access to grant the necessary permissions to Zapier.
- Click Continue to run your inputs and test the Trigger.
- Click Continue once more to proceed to the Action setup.
- Search for ActiveCampaign and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose your preferred Action Event.
- Click Sign In to connect your ActiveCampaign account.
- Enter your ActiveCampaign API credentials into the required input fields.
- Fill out the remaining action input fields with the required information.
- Click Continue to publish and activate the integration.
- Your Docusign account is now fully integrated with ActiveCampaign.
