Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to integrate Dialpad with Zendesk in quick and easy steps:

  1. On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.
  2. Scroll down to the Apps section, then select 'Zendesk Support Apps'.
  3. After that, tap 'Marketplace' at the top-right corner.
  4. Search for 'Dialpad' and select it from the provided results.
  5. Click 'Install' afterwards.
  6. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install' to proceed.
  7. Configure the installation settings accordingly and provide the required information. Once completed, click 'Install'.
  8. On Zendesk's main dashboard, go to the top navigation bar and click the 'Dialpad' icon.
  9. Finally, tap 'Login' and then sign in to your Dialpad account to finish and enable the integration.
