Quick summary
This tutorial shows how to integrate Dialpad with Zendesk by installing the Dialpad app from the Zendesk Marketplace and connecting it to your account. Once installed, agents can access Dialpad calling directly from the Zendesk dashboard without switching tools.
Steps
- In the Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Scroll down to the Apps section and select Zendesk Support Apps.
- Click Marketplace in the top-right corner.
- Search for Dialpad and select it from the results.
- Click Install on the Dialpad app listing page.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click Install to proceed.
- Configure the installation settings, provide the required information, and click Install to confirm.
- From the Zendesk main dashboard, click the Dialpad icon in the top navigation bar.
- Click Login and sign in to your Dialpad account to complete and enable the integration.
