Steps
- Select Integrations & apps from the dashboard on the left side of the window.
- Find Zapier in the list of available integrations and click on it.
- Click Connect Zapier to begin the connection process.
- Select Copy to clipboard to copy your API key.
- Go to Zapier and create a new Zap.
- Choose Calendly as the trigger app in your Zap.
- Select a trigger event to define what action starts the Zap.
- Sign in to your Calendly account when prompted by Zapier.
- Paste your API key, then click Yes, Continue to authenticate.
- Click Continue to finalize the connection between Calendly and Zapier.
