Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to get started.
- Click "Trigger" to proceed to the trigger setup.
- Search for "Calendly" and set it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account.
- Enter a Webhook subscription scope to define the data Calendly will send.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify the Calendly connection is working.
- Select "Continue" to move on to the action setup.
- Search and select "Monday.com" as the action app.
- Choose an action event, then click "Sign in" to connect your Monday.com account.
- In Monday.com, go to your profile picture and click "Developers" to access the API settings.
- Select "My access tokens" in the Monday.com Developer Center.
- Click "Show" to reveal your Monday.com API token.
- Click "Copy" to copy the API token to your clipboard.
- Paste your API key into Zapier and select "Yes, Continue to monday.com" to authenticate.
- Select your Board ID to specify which Monday.com board will receive new items.
- Click "Test step" to confirm the Monday.com action works correctly.
- Select "Publish" to activate and complete the Calendly–Monday.com integration.
