Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.
- Click "Trigger" to proceed to the trigger setup screen.
- Search for "Calendly" and select it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event to define when the Zap should fire.
- Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."
- Enter a Webhook subscription scope to configure the Calendly connection.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify the Calendly trigger is working correctly.
- Select "Continue" to move on to the action setup.
- Search and select "ConvertKit" as the action app.
- Choose an action event, then click "Sign in" to connect your ConvertKit account.
- Click "Account" to be redirected to your ConvertKit account for authentication.
- Select "Advanced" under "Settings" on your ConvertKit dashboard.
- Click "Show" under "API Secret" to reveal your credentials.
- Click the copy icon to copy the API Secret.
- Paste the copied API Secret, then click "Yes, Continue to ConvertKit SMS" to authorize access.
- After signing in to your ConvertKit account, click "Continue."
