Steps

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
2. Click "Trigger" to open the trigger configuration panel.
3. Search for "Calendly" and select it as the Trigger App.
4. Choose a trigger event to define which Calendly activity starts the Zap.
5. Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
6. Select the "Webhook subscription scope" setting, then click "Continue."
