This demo shows how to integrate Calendly with Airtable using a Zapier Zap, so every new Calendly booking automatically creates or updates a record in your Airtable base. The workflow covers setting up a Calendly trigger, connecting an Airtable action, and publishing the Zap in under 15 steps.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for "Calendly" and select it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event to define which Calendly activity starts the Zap.
- Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
- Select the "Webhook subscription scope" setting, then click "Continue."
- Click "Test trigger" to verify that Zapier can receive data from Calendly.
- Select "Continue" to move on to configuring the action step.
- Search for and select "Airtable" as the action app.
- Choose an event under Airtable to define what happens when the trigger fires.
- Log in to your Airtable account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
- Complete and customize the required fields to map Calendly data to Airtable, then click "Continue."
- Click "Test step" to confirm the Airtable action works correctly.
- Click "Publish" to activate the Zap and complete the Calendly–Airtable integration.
