The Asana–Zendesk integration lets support and project teams sync tasks directly between both platforms by adding the Zendesk app to an Asana project. Once connected, teams can manage customer tickets and project work in a single, unified workflow without switching tools.
Steps
- Open the Projects menu and select the project you want to connect to Zendesk.
- Click the Customize option in the project toolbar.
- In the Add section, select Apps.
- Search for Zendesk in the app directory and click on it to select.
- Watch the short walkthrough clip showing the Zendesk app being configured inside Asana.
- Click Add to project to complete the integration.
- Your Asana project is now integrated with Zendesk, enabling seamless task management and collaboration across both platforms.
