Quick summary
This demo shows how to integrate Airtable with Outlook using Zapier by building a Zap that triggers on an Airtable event and automatically performs an action in Microsoft Outlook. The entire no-code automation setup takes just minutes and requires no developer involvement.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
- Select 'Zaps' from the list of available options.
- Tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Airtable' and select it as the Trigger App.
- Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the available options.
- Log into your Airtable account to proceed with authentication.
- Specify the Airtable workspace you prefer to use, then click 'Grant Access'.
- Fill out the input fields with the required trigger information.
- Tap 'Test' to verify the Airtable trigger configuration.
- Search for 'Microsoft Outlook' and select it as the Action App.
- Click the drop-down menu and choose your desired Action Event.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your Outlook account to authenticate.
- Provide all required action configuration information based on your preferences.
- Tap 'Test' to authorize and publish the integration.
- Your Airtable account is now integrated with Outlook and the Zap is live.
