This guide shows you how to integrate Airtable with Notion using a Zapier Zap, connecting a trigger in Airtable to an action in Notion so data flows automatically between the two tools. By the end, your Airtable workspace will be live-connected to a Notion page without any manual data entry.
Steps
- On the left-side panel, tap Create to start building a new Zap.
- Select Zaps from the list of available options.
- Access the main dashboard, then click Trigger to begin the integration process.
- Find and select Airtable from the search results as the trigger app.
- Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the available options.
- Tap Sign In and provide your Airtable credentials to authenticate.
- Choose your desired workspace, then click Grant Access to authorize Zapier.
- Fill in all required fields to configure the trigger settings.
- Tap Test to verify the trigger is working correctly.
- Find and select Notion as the Action App.
- Open the drop-down menu and specify your preferred Action Event.
- Click Sign In and provide your Notion credentials to authenticate.
- Click Select Pages and choose the specific Notion page you want to use.
- Tap Allow Access to grant Zapier permission to your Notion workspace.
- Fill out all input fields with the required action information.
- Click Test to verify the data and run the integration end-to-end.
- Tap Publish to activate and enable the Zap.
- Your Airtable account is now integrated with Notion and will sync automatically.
