Quick summary
The Aha! Jira integration lets product teams sync roadmap items directly with Jira issues, eliminating manual updates between planning and development tools. Setting up the workspace-specific integration takes just a few steps inside Aha! Account Settings.
Steps
- On the top-right menu bar, click the Settings icon and then select Account.
- In the left-side panel, click Integrations.
- Tap Workspace-Specific Integrations.
- Browse the available integration options and select Jira.
- Assign a unique integration name and click Save and Continue.
- Fill in the required Jira user credentials fields and click Save and Continue.
- Configure the project settings with the necessary details and click Save and Continue.
- Map your Activity and Task records and click Save and Continue.
- Review your inputs and click Enable Integration to activate the connection.
- Your Aha! account is now integrated with Jira and ready to sync.
