Quick summary
You can insert a PDF file into a Constant Contact email by linking it to a button through the Add Link option and uploading the document directly from your computer. Once inserted, recipients can access the PDF by clicking the button inside the email.
Steps
- In the Constant Contact email editor, find and select the button where you want to anchor the PDF file.
- In the left-side panel, click the Add Link button.
- Select Document from the list of link type options.
- Click Upload New Document to proceed.
- Click Browse Your Computer to Upload and select the PDF file you want to insert.
- Choose the PDF file and click Upload Files.
- Click Done to proceed.
- Tick the radio button next to the newly uploaded PDF file to select it.
- Click Insert to confirm your selection.
- The PDF file is now inserted into your email — readers can access it by clicking the dedicated button.
