How to Hide Completed Tasks in Asana

Here’s a step by step process on how to hide completed tasks in Asana:

  1. Open an existing project.
  2. Go to the 'Filter' menu of your project.
  3. Under the 'Quick filters', set the default filter in your project to 'Incomplete tasks' only.
  4. Click 'Save as new tab'.
  5. Once set, the completed tasks won't appear in your task list anymore.
  6. Click on the 'Save view' on the left side of your dashboard.
  7. A notification appears once the view has been saved.
