Steps

  1. In the Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
  2. Scroll down to the APIs section, then click Zendesk API.
  3. Click Add API Token at the top-right corner.
  4. Write a unique description for the API token you are about to generate.
  5. Click Copy to retrieve the API token and temporarily store it for future use.
  6. Click Save to confirm — you can now paste the API token elsewhere to integrate your Zendesk account with another application.
