Steps
- Open Microsoft Excel and click the select-all cell at the top-left corner of your table to highlight all cells.
- Go to the Excel ribbon and click Conditional Formatting.
- Select Highlight Cells Rules from the dropdown menu.
- Click Duplicate Values to apply the rule.
- Excel will automatically highlight all duplicate entries in your selected range.
