Exporting data from ClickUp lets you download your entire workspace as a CSV file for backup, reporting, or migration purposes. The process takes just a few clicks through the Import/Export settings panel and delivers a ready-to-open spreadsheet file.
Steps
- Click your Workspace avatar located in the upper-left corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Import/Export tab in the Settings panel.
- Choose Start Export to begin the export process.
- Select Export to confirm and initiate the data export.
- Wait a few minutes for your export to be ready, then click the Download Export button.
- Locate the downloaded CSV file on your computer and open it with Excel or your preferred spreadsheet application.
