Steps
- Log in to your WordPress account and navigate to Tools > Export in the left-hand menu.
- On the Export content tab, click the arrow down symbol to expand the available export options.
- Select Posts as the content type you want to export.
- Filter the export by date range, category, or author if you only need specific posts.
- Click Export selected content to generate and download your export file.
- Your blog posts are now ready to use for backup, migration, or any other purpose.
