Exporting Airtable records to PDF is done by installing the PDF.co PDF Generator extension directly inside your Airtable base. Once configured with your API key, you can select a source table and PDF template, then generate and download PDFs instantly.
Steps
- In the top-right corner of your Airtable base, click Extensions.
- Tap Add an Extension to open the extension marketplace.
- Search for PDF.co, locate the PDF.co PDF Generator in the results, and click the Add button next to it.
- Click Add Extension to install the PDF.co extension into your Airtable base.
- Enter your PDF.co API key into the input field, then click Save Settings to authenticate.
- Select the source table and the PDF template you want to use, then click Run.
- Your selected Airtable records will be exported to PDF instantly.
