Steps

Add your question in the empty field.
Click Options located above the question.
Select Adjust Question Layout from the options menu.
Go to Textbox Width and click the drop-down arrow.
Select your preferred textbox width from the available options.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Select Preview Survey to confirm the comment box appears as intended.
Verify that the expanded comment box gives respondents enough space to submit detailed feedback.
