Quick summary
Embedding a Figma prototype in Google Slides lets you link an interactive design mockup directly to a slide image, giving stakeholders a clickable path to the live prototype during a slideshow presentation. This method uses Google Slides' built-in Insert and link tools — no third-party add-ons required.
Steps
- Navigate to the top menu bar, then click Insert.
- Hover over Image and select Upload From Computer, then browse your files and upload a screenshot of the Figma prototype you want to add.
- With the image selected, tap the Insert Link icon.
- Paste your Figma prototype link into the input field and click Apply.
- Go to the top-right corner and click Slideshow to start your presentation.
- During the presentation, click the screenshot to open the actual Figma prototype viewing page.
