It is very easy to downgrade collaborator access in Airtable. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Go to the left-side panel, then click the drop-down arrow next to 'All Workspaces'.
- Select the specific Airtable workspace where you wish to change the collaboration settings.
- Tap 'Share' afterwards.
- Next, click 'Manage Access' to proceed.
- Find the specific user with the collaboration access you wish to downgrade, then click on the corresponding 'Settings Menu'.
- Following that, designate a new role based on your preferences.
- After completing these steps, the collaboration access of the selected user will be downgraded immediately.
