How to Downgrade Collaborators in Airtable

It is very easy to downgrade collaborator access in Airtable. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

  1. Go to the left-side panel, then click the drop-down arrow next to 'All Workspaces'.
  2. Select the specific Airtable workspace where you wish to change the collaboration settings.
  3. Tap 'Share' afterwards.
  4. Next, click 'Manage Access' to proceed.
  5. Find the specific user with the collaboration access you wish to downgrade, then click on the corresponding 'Settings Menu'.
  6. Following that, designate a new role based on your preferences.
  7. After completing these steps, the collaboration access of the selected user will be downgraded immediately.
