Quick summary
Canva's built-in voice-over recording tool lets you record narration directly inside the editor using the Uploads panel, or upload a pre-recorded audio file from your computer. Once recorded, you can review, delete, and re-record before saving and sharing your final design.
Steps
- On the edit toolbar, click Uploads to open the uploads panel.
- Click Record yourself to open the voice-over recording interface.
- Click Record to start recording your voice-over.
- Once the voice-over recording is complete, click Done to proceed.
- If you want to redo the recording, click Delete to discard it and start again.
- Click Save and exit to save the recorded voice-over to your project.
- Alternatively, upload a voice-over file directly from your computer via the Uploads panel.
- Click Share to save and publish your final Canva design with the voice-over applied.
