Deleting a viewed link in Dropbox lets you revoke access to previously shared files or folders in seconds. Navigate to the Shared Links section, locate the file, and use the Delete link option to immediately disable access.
Steps
- Log in to your Dropbox account, then click on Shared in the left sidebar.
- Go to Links to view all your shared links.
- Find the file or folder that you've shared and want to disable the link for.
- Right-click (or click the three dots next to the file or folder) and select Delete view link.
- Click Delete link to remove or disable the shared link, preventing further access to files or folders you've previously shared.
