This tutorial shows how to delete articles in the Zendesk Help Center using the Guide Admin panel. Admins can bulk-select and permanently remove outdated or unwanted knowledge base articles in just a few steps.
Steps
- Click the Zendesk Products button on the top navigation bar.
- Select Guide from the list of available options.
- Head to the top menu bar and click Guide Admin.
- Select all articles you want to delete by ticking the checkbox next to each one.
- Tap Article Settings at the bottom section of the page.
- Select Delete from the available actions.
- Click Delete once more to confirm and complete the deletion.
