How to Delete Articles in the Zendesk Help Center
It is very easy to delete articles in the Zendesk Help Center. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:
- Click the 'Zendesk Products' button on the top navigation bar.
- Select 'Guide' from the list of available options.
- After that, head over to the top menu bar and then click 'Guide Admin'.
- One by one, select all the articles you want to delete. Simply tick the checkbox next to them.
- Once done, tap 'Article Settings' at the bottom section.
- Select 'Delete' afterwards.
- Finally, click 'Delete' once again to proceed with your request.
